Many organisations in East Africa set pay using surveys with small samples, unclear job matching or data that cannot be checked. The RewardTech 2027 Salary Survey will collect verified data directly from participating employers and match jobs by content and level.

Strict Confidentiality
Individual organisations are never named in results. Data is reported only in aggregate, and a figure is shown only where enough organisations have contributed. Personal data is handled in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019.
